Mike is the founder of CEUK. He leads client relationships, drives business development, and steers the strategic direction of the company. Outside of work, Mike is an accomplished pool player. He has represented Ireland Blackball for over a decade, competing in multiple World and European Championships, and now aims to achieve professional status on the Ultimate Pool Challenger Tour.
Matt Gross
Recruitment Manager
Matt joined CEUK in June 2021 as a part-time administrator and quickly became an integral part of the company's success. He liaises with clients, manages candidate communications, and ensures a smooth and effective recruitment process. In his free time, Matt enjoys playing pool, supporting Tottenham Hotspur, playing golf (handicap 18), and spending quality time with his daughters.
Lauren Young
Recruitment Resourcer & Administrator
Lauren joined CEUK in March 2024 and made an immediate impact. She manages key processes including timesheets, compliance checks, shortlisting, and interview coordination. Her organisational skills help keep both the team and clients on track. Away from work, Lauren keeps busy with her young family and two lively dogs.
