Full Recruitment Service

Price: Percentage of Annual Salary

  • No upfront cost – you only pay upon successful candidate placement.

  • Free replacement if the candidate leaves within 12 weeks of placement.

  • Rebate available if no replacement is found within a 4-week exclusive backfill period*

Should you choose to opt for one of the first three advertising campaigns (Standard, Premium, or Managed) and not receive the desired response, you may transfer any fees already paid towards our Full Recruitment Service. The amount paid will be deducted from the final invoice upon successful placement.

*Rebate terms and conditions to be agreed upon and applied separately.

Temp to Perm Recruitment

A worker will start their role on the CEUK payroll. We will charge you hourly for the PAYE Cost (Pay Rate, Holiday Pay and Employer statutory contributions) plus our margin. The worker completes weekly timesheets that need to be signed off ahead of being paid by CEUK.

Temp to Perm Transfers

At any point, a worker could move on to a permanent contract and a Transfer Fee may be charged. The Transfer Fee is calculated on what we would charge for a permanent placement, minus the margin made during the temp to perm period.

In order to rebate the margin on the Transfer Fee cost you have the chance to decide if a candidate is not working during the four-week probationary period.
