A worker will start their role on the CEUK payroll. We will charge you hourly for the PAYE Cost (Pay Rate, Holiday Pay and Employer statutory contributions) plus our margin. The worker completes weekly timesheets that need to be signed off ahead of being paid by CEUK. 

Temp to Perm Transfers

At any point, a worker could move on to a permanent contract and a Transfer Fee may be charged. The Transfer Fee is calculated on what we would charge for a permanent placement, minus the margin made during the temp to perm period. 

In order to rebate the margin on the Transfer Fee cost you have the chance to decide if a candidate is not working during the four-week probationary period.
